Thinking of applying for a Learner's Permit?

The requirements for obtaining a Learner's Permit are as follows:

- 2 Passport size photos
- Original Birth Certificate OR passport
- Age of 16 ½ years and above
- TIN letter or FNPF/FRCS joint card
- Fill the LTA learners permit form
- Pay the processing fees - $18.95
- Road Code Book - $9.48 (Optional)

- Write a request for renewal letter stating reasons for not undergoing driving test within the time of Learners Permit validity.
- Fill in the application form
- Pay a fee of $6.65
