Soot build up in Diesel engine is common. Factors being oil in air manifold coming through the breathers, not proper changing of air filters. This will gradually take away power from your vehicle and lower your engine life expectancy. To cure this you’ll have to clean your EGR air manifold and all air intake passage. To prevent this their are other procedures as well, that will follow in the upcoming posts.
