Meet Professor (emeritus) Jyrki Kauppinen — co-founder, physicist, and the scientific master mind behind Gasera's patented cantilever-enhanced photoacoustic technology. Still in the lab. Still pushing boundaries.

While most would have retired long ago, Prof. Kauppinen is actively working on the next frontier: miniaturizing our core sensor technology to make ultra-sensitive gas detection even more compact and accessible — without sacrificing the part-per-billion sensitivity.

The scientific consensus once said it couldn't be done. He proved otherwise.
