New rims and tyres for yhe E39!
9.5x18" with 245/45 tyres all around so I can swap tyres between axles. Had to add 35mm spacers to the rear to widen it up, but man they look good!

Small update, 8hp45 from jaguar to fit behind volvo redblock for my BMW E39 time attack car! Flywheel has same bolt pattern to crankshaft so I only need to make spacer between volvo and jaguar flywheel and adapter between transmission and engine

Got a request for the Volvo Redblock intake manifold to fit 40mm, 45mm, 48mm and 50mm DCOE /DHLA type carburators / ITB's so here are the files. Also modeled the stainless steel sleeves to press into manifold to prevent fl**ge pushed out when clamping down.

NOTE!!!
Make the intake sleeves out of stainless steel to prevent rusting and expanding over time. Also adjust the outer diameter of the sleeve with the print hole ID so that the fitment is +/- 0.0mm.

Sleeves should be pushed in with ease, but they should not be falling out. You can add small amount addhesive for example Hylomar if the fitment is too loose

Some exhaust and intake fabricating on the Peugeot. Exhaust will be 4-2-1 type as old one but different design. Intake manifold will be longer and with bigger radius on turn. I'll try to 3D print the manifold now, let's see if I can make it

Little progress for a while, it's been a long time since I had a full day in garage 😇

Cutting excess sheets metal off, welding and grinding. Fitted the rear arches too, that are originally from VW golf.
