• Laser engraving & traceability:
The component name is laser-engraved directly onto the aluminum plate.
Every part carries clear identification for full traceability and precise puzzle-fit assembly.

• Angle verification with a goniometer:
The goniometer placed on the component is used by our technicians for manual QA checks.

This step physically measures CNC bending angles to account for aluminum elasticity before moving to welding.

It is this level of attention to every individual component that delivers the structural integrity of the entire hull.

Step onboard the EXPLR 9 for part one of our walkthrough.

We begin at the stern, where the military-grade aluminum hull meets a fiberglass superstructure engineered to maximize onboard space.

Powered by a quiet Mercury 300 V8 capable of reaching 40 knots (with options up to 400 hp), access is made safe and easy by the rugged, multifunctional tow bar.

The cockpit layout leaves nothing to chance: it comfortably accommodates 5 people, features a removable table for social moments, and conceals large lockers for the anchor and fenders to keep the deck entirely clear while underway.
