Under the hood series: Air Flow.
For high-power applications, it is important to ensure proper airflow for massive amounts of air.
Monster 955 Air Flow has been upgraded from the front end all the way to the turbos and beyond (upcoming series) to be able to feed air over 900 grams per second / over 3000 kilograms per hour.
Naturally, there needs to be some overhead since never any part of the application should be in use 100%.
Airflow should not be restricted anywhere, and it is important to keep temperature levels low with compressed turbocharged air for the best power.
Main parts:
Intercoolers: 2 pcs. Gemballa GT700 intercoolers, thickness 90mm.
Air intake: Airflow tubes Gemballa GT700, or upgraded from 3” to 4” tubes.
Air filters: 2 pcs. original air filters. Original air filter boxes modified to fit 4” tubes.
MAF´s: 2 pcs. Bosch BX HFM5 97. (0986280219). Measured air flow 880g/s.
MAP: Original Bosch 1,5 bar 0261230042.
Plenum: 3D Printed custom Race plenum by Fischer Motor Works.
