This Saturday, June 6, Los Alcázares will once again host an event celebrating the alternative culture of the Region of Murcia with the latest edition of Palmera FEST, a free, open-to-the-public event for all ages that will fill the Plaza del Espejo with art, music, and activities starting at 5:00 p.m.

Which celebrates the blue crab through gastronomy, cuisine, and education. 🤓

This event is designed to promote its sustainable consumption and introduce this product to the public through flavor, creativity, and the unique setting of Los Alcázares.

Good news everyone! 🥳

We have updated the booking system on our website! You can now make a reservation online for a specific car or van model as well as as having more options to choose from when it comes to finding the perfect vehicle for your adventure.

The new booking form can be found both on the Home page as well as in the Booking section of our website:

Some of the new features include:
✅ Viewing and choosing from different vehicle models.
✅ More detailed information about each model, such as fuel type and recommended number of passengers.
✅ Extra optional drop downs to narrow down the search for an ideal vehicle, such as searching for only SUVs or automatics.
✅ A more responsive and agile booking form that is comfortable to use both from computers as well as phones and tablets.
✅ Improved reservation options, such as being able to select different pick up and drop off locations (only applicable to airports).

Some features, such as being able to log in using your driving license and date of birth, have been disabled for the time being. We have in turn made the booking form much simpler and shorter to fill out, which should make things easier for both new and repeat renters.

Los Alcázares begins to fill its streets with color during the International Urban Art Festival! 😁🥳

Los Alcázares International Urban Art Festival. Starting this Thursday, May 14, and running through Sunday, May 17, the town will be bursting with color thanks to the work of more than 50 artists from around the world, who will breathe new life into over 50 walls and transform them into works of art through their murals. This event allows residents and visitors alike to enjoy live art for four days throughout the town’s streets.🎨

On both Thursday and Friday, starting at 9:30 a.m., members of the Nuevos Alvares Association in Cieza will be creating a collaborative mural on Avenida de la Libertad, just behind the Día supermarket, showcasing the talents of people with disabilities.🌞👩‍🦼🧑‍🦼

On Friday, May 15, the Municipal Aeronautical Museum will host three free lectures open to the public, presented by David Hernández, director of the Besart International Urban Art Museum; Virguera Marín-Baldo, cultural manager of the Murcia Street Art Project; and Crisdose, director of the Astarté Urban Art Festival in Iniesta (Cuenca). The lectures will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.🤓

On Saturday, May 16, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, the Mario Company will unveil its new headquarters, next to the Fire Station, with an exhibition of large-format paintings (240 x 240). In addition, there will be entertainment featuring a DJ set by Soem, Xelon, and Comoloba.😁🚒
