Los Alcázares begins to fill its streets with color during the International Urban Art Festival! 😁🥳
Los Alcázares International Urban Art Festival. Starting this Thursday, May 14, and running through Sunday, May 17, the town will be bursting with color thanks to the work of more than 50 artists from around the world, who will breathe new life into over 50 walls and transform them into works of art through their murals. This event allows residents and visitors alike to enjoy live art for four days throughout the town’s streets.🎨
On both Thursday and Friday, starting at 9:30 a.m., members of the Nuevos Alvares Association in Cieza will be creating a collaborative mural on Avenida de la Libertad, just behind the Día supermarket, showcasing the talents of people with disabilities.🌞👩🦼🧑🦼
On Friday, May 15, the Municipal Aeronautical Museum will host three free lectures open to the public, presented by David Hernández, director of the Besart International Urban Art Museum; Virguera Marín-Baldo, cultural manager of the Murcia Street Art Project; and Crisdose, director of the Astarté Urban Art Festival in Iniesta (Cuenca). The lectures will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.🤓
On Saturday, May 16, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, the Mario Company will unveil its new headquarters, next to the Fire Station, with an exhibition of large-format paintings (240 x 240). In addition, there will be entertainment featuring a DJ set by Soem, Xelon, and Comoloba.😁🚒
