The patient is on the table! 😎🔧

This one came to us all the way from Greece 🇬🇷✈️. Unfortunately, the touch panel didn’t survive the journey and was damaged during shipping 😬📦💥. No worries though — it will be replaced with a new one 👍🏻.

During the inspection we also found multiple issues on the I/O board ⚡🔍. All faults have now been repaired and thoroughly tested ✅. I suppose the client will be quite happy to receive a fully working tool back in no time 😁.

It took a complete night shift 🌙☕ to repair, diagnose and test everything, but the final result is worth every minute invested 💯🔥.

The tool is now ready for shipment tomorrow 📦🚚.

As for me... it’s 3:00 in the morning 🕒😴, so it’s finally time to get some sleep.

Some people might say we’re lucky that the business keeps rolling... 🤣🤣🤣

I would have to disagree. Hard work, dedication, and many sleepless nights have a lot more to do with it 😅🍻

Fiat Panda 2012 arrived to our laboratory with a completely dead LCD display 😵

As there are many different LCD screen versions used in these dashboards, we first had to identify the correct model, order the exact replacement screen and wait a couple of days for it to arrive...

As you can see, we only use original and high quality spare parts from MiniTools Italy 🇮🇹 In my opinion one of the most reliable manufacturers of speedometer spare parts on the market 💯

Luckily the client was happy to wait because the vehicle was already in the workshop anyway — and without a properly working LCD display it is impossible to pass the yearly technical inspection 👀

A few days later the new LCD screen was installed, fully tested and the dashboard is now on its way back to the client 🔥

Another mid-day and night shift in progress 🤌🏻

This time we’ve got a Volvo Trucks speedometer from a 2016 bus with a B11R engine 😵 Typical and extremely annoying fault — the air system indicator suddenly drops to zero and triggers the warning alarm sound that can literally drive you crazy 😆

Fault diagnosed, repaired, fully tested, and now ready to be shipped back to the client 💯

Looks like history likes to repeat itself 😆

This Midtronics 12/24V charger came in for repair after a small human mistake during battery charging 🤷🏼‍♂️ Positive was connected to negative, negative to positive… and then the charger was powered on 🔥🤦🏼‍♂️

Accidents happen 🤷🏼‍♂️

New power cable added as gift as it was more than necessary 🎁 The burned SMD components have now been replaced, the charger fully tested, and it’s ready to be shipped back into service at Volvo Trucks — the same place where I used to work years ago. Unforgettable memories and a huge amount of knowledge gained there 🤩💯

EnigmaTool updates officially ended on 31-12-2024, but we still work with them day and night 😎

Some China manufacturer badly cloned it, but in the end it doesn’t matter at all 🤣 The original EnigmaTool is the one and only — and always will be 🤌🏻

This unit came in with a touch panel malfunction 🤷🏼‍♂️ After diagnostics, I decided to replace the entire main board because repairing it would take too much time due to specific spare parts no longer being available 🤷🏼‍♂️

The tool is now repaired, fully tested, and ready to go back to its owner 🖖🏻

Here’s a cleaner and more polished version while keeping your original style and personality:

Today I got this Ford S-Max speedometer in for repair after some really bad work from another workshop 🤦🏼‍♂️

The cluster was almost completely dead, with intermittent functionality across the whole unit 🤷🏼‍♂️

It took quite a while to bring everything back to how it should be, but in the end all issues were fixed and it’s now ready to be sent back to the client 🤌🏻

Also spent some extra time making a backup from the Motorola MC9S12DP512 4L00M processor — definitely worth it, as this data may come in handy for future repairs.

Shipping it back to the client on Monday 😎

Keymakers damaged Lamborghini Huracan speedometer 😅 The odometer was stuck in programming or update mode 🤷🏼‍♂️ Quite a big issue as this speedometer costs a bag of money 💰 I managed to repair it 🥷 Done it online without any need to be present with the car 🚘 If you have similar issue i can do it ✅ Cheers 🍻
