How do we do it?
Using our extensive connections within the Motor trade in the UK, we are able to source high quality car parts at very competitive prices with a reliable service.
Our main focus is brand new parts, but we do have relationships with many suppliers of used parts and the experience to ensure we find the right part for your car.
What do you need to do?
To make it easy to ensure we get the correct parts for your car, it helps us if you can provide us with a copy of your green vehicle document.
For UK registered vehicles the number plate is usually sufficient.
General Terms of Service:
Delivery time:
Parts are sourced from the UK so there will be a delivery time of approximately 7-10 working days for new parts.
This delivery time can in some cases take longer depending on our supplier and the part being sourced.
Delivery costs:
There is an extra cost of shipping to the island from the UK. For brand new parts this cost is usually very low and when many people make an order together then shipping costs can be divided and shared between people to keep it as low as possible.
For used parts the shipping costs will vary depending on the source
Collection of parts:
Our current location is near Portinatx where your parts can be collected.
We understand that this is far for many islanders so convenient meeting points can be arranged.
Guarantee:
Brand new parts are usually covered under 1 year manufacturer’s warranty or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first). Should a new item become faulty in this time then a full refund including shipping costs will be refunded once the item has been professionally assessed for faults.
Used parts will vary on the supplier we use. But usually a 30 - 90 day guarantee is offered for used parts against faults.
Returns:
Brand new parts will usually be authorised for return with full refund (minus shipping) if you change your mind and the part is unused and still in unopened and undamaged packaging.
For specialist items like car batteries, aerosols and fluids, the original sealed packaging must also be maintained in tact to qualify for a return.
Used parts will depend on the supplier we use.
Payments:
Payments can be made to us by card.
PayPal or Bank Transfer is also a possibility if necessary.
