Engineering starts in the real world. First.
We went to Trans Guyana and flew the Caravan. Not once — repeatedly.

Every instrument, checked against the panel in front of us. Every control, every procedure, flown the way it’s actually flown out here: off bush strips, low, over terrain that never repeats itself. Precision isn’t optional in that environment.

Then back to the simulator. Fly, compare, adjust. Again. And again — until what happens in the sim matches what happens in the aircraft.

The team didn’t travel to push an update. They went to understand what precision demands under pressure — so every training hour reflects operational reality, not theory.
