We get this question quite often — and the answer is simple: yes, you can. Our insurance is valid on all the islands, so if you feel like exploring La Gomera, El Hierro or anywhere else, you’re free to do so with our car.

The only thing we kindly ask is this: just let us know if you plan to visit another island. It helps us be prepared in case anything unexpected happens — support might take a little longer to reach you on another island.

We often get questions about parking in Tenerife. To make things clearer, here is a short overview:

⚪ White lines – you may only park within these, unless additional signs say otherwise
🟡 Yellow lines – parking is not allowed. If the yellow line is zig-zag and marked with “Carga y descarga”, the area is only for loading and unloading at specific times. Outside those hours, parking is allowed. On the photo added, for example, parking is allowed from 1:00 pm until 9:00 am the next day, and also on weekends and public holidays
🔵 Disabled parking spaces – only with a valid permit. Parking without one results in a €200 fine

Fines can also range from €80–200 for other cases, such as parking on the wrong street or blocking a junction. Keep in mind that while locals might occasionally get away with just a warning, rental cars are almost always fined straight away.
