👉 The owner of this quad bike hire company felt that their quads (CF moto 950 Z4's) were too powerful on take off to be hiring out to potential newbies on holidays.
👉 In total we remapped 5 to actually make the power less, particularly on take off.
✅ By editing the way the accelerator pedal behaved in various gears we were able to get a good result for the client.

🎥 WATCH :
👉 VW group of a certain age have a problem with "hot starting" this is when the car starts just fine when the engine is cold, but if you've gone to the shops and the engine has warmed up, you come back to the car and it just cranks and cranks without firing for ages.
✖️ The problem is caused by a combination of a worn starter/flywheel/low battery not spinning the engine over quick enough and the vw software developer thinking that the lower rpm's would never happen at starting and deciding to make 0mg the injection quantity at these lower rpm's
✅ The fix, we do here in house, by changing the start map so that lower rpm's inject some fuel. This video is how! Enjoy!

👉 Here we had this Rav4 in for a wishbone as it had too much play in a joint.
❌ A fairly easy job became a nightmare when we saw that half the reason for the play was the captive nut that is welded on the inside of the subframe (with no access) had lost it's captivity if you like 😂
✅ A hole was made in the subframe just large enough to get the nut and weld it back in position. The subframe was then welded back up and new wishbone fitted.

👉 Strange one... No response from engine ecu
👉 Check power via ecu relay, none
👉 Follow wiring diagram 100A fuse inside battery terminals blown
👉 Main power to engine ecu down, seems the 13mm nut was arcing in the boot by the battery
✅ Replaced and all good
