Call Center Agent (Male) - Midday Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally and respond to inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct follow-up calls, customer callbacks, and support marketing campaigns as required.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Research and provide accurate information using available resources.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding the company's products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism, credibility, and trust.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
