A reminder of last summer, full of colours!
Even though VEMS PnP kits are designed to be installed by end users, occasionally customers bring cars in for the install.
The nice greenish-brownish 911 3.2 Carrera got the VEMS PnP kit to get the most out of the US spec lower compression engine which US spec DME also does not help.
While Euro 3.2 brings healthy 231 hp the use ones are just 208. Fully tunable VEMS PnP remedies the deficit a bit (~220-225 hp) and while doing that improves throttle response and smoothness.

Usually VEMS Plug and Play kits are shipped to a customer for local installation (that's why it is important to have the installation as easy as possible) but occasionally nearby customers bring their cars over for installation.
Here's a true gem: a 1991 Porsche 944 S2 with just 159 000 km's on the clock. It got VEMS PnP ECU and sequential injector harness, resulting in nicer drive, more power (206 rwhp compared to 185 rwhp on factory Motronic), all that without cutting a single factory wire. Everything is returnable to stock condition if ever wanted so. Important aspect considering the appreciation of classic Porsches!

New product alert!!! :) Until now the Porsche product range ended with Porsche 993 (up to 1998) but after some R'n'D, input from a helpful customer (thanks a bunch Mike!!!) came up with VEMS Plug and Play ECU solution for first generation of watercooled 911's, a Porsche 996 and also for Boxster.
Please note that it is only guaranteed to work on cars equipped with manual gearbox.
This kit flew to USA and helps to control a custom turbocharged 996! :)

VEMS Plug and Play kits for Porsche 928's are very popular and there are several reasons for that. Firstly factory MAF sensor which is more often than not in bad shape after decades of hard work and is expensive to refurbish. Plus even when it tip top shape the 40 years old LH-Jetronic system is sadly sub-par compared to modern systems regarding smoothness and driveability.
Secondly, factory LH-Jet and EZK computers both can fail and repair services are both scarce and/or expensive.
That is no problem as one can always use VEMS PnP kit and have factory equipment on the shelf for future needs.
This kit includes additional harness for injectors which allows to control them sequentially and utilise all sensors already present on 928 S4/GT/GTS. No need to cut original harness, just add new one and you're good to go.
This kit goes to Chile.

My good customer from France sent video of todays job of tuning his 964 RSR on the dyno. Days job turned out to be just a bit more than an hour and fuel and ignition table tuned meaning the rest of the friday was free! :)
Now the car is ready for some weekend fun!

Happy new year!!
Ignition upgrades are becoming popular!! :) Here's VEMS Plug'n'Play kit for Porsche 928 GTS and it was also ordered with optional coil-on-plug ignition system.
In addition it comes with extra injector harness that allows to control injectors of the sweet 5,4liter V8 individually. Can you imagine that factory LH-Jetronic ECU has all the injectors connected to one (!) output? :) With VEMS PnP and extra injector harness fully sequential injection is possible allowing for smoother idle and cruise.
This lovely kit goes to Los Angeles California.

Even though some time has passed since last post work never stopped (well, except for occasional virus season stoppages haha).
Here's a special kit: VEMS Plug and Play kit for Porsche 964 Carrera 2 but with coil-on-plug ignition kit: extra harness for all 12 coils and VAG NGK coils.

New addition to the product line-up!! :)
Due to numerous requests here's a new upgrade to your 924S/944: a new injector harness that allows to control injectors independently and convert to fully sequential injection. No need to cut or remove existing harness, just add this and connect to VEMS adapter and done!
The same option is available for 928's 8cylinder engines also.
Both types are available for repairing factory wiring harness when running an original Motronic, just specify upon ordering and it will be configured for that.
4cyl harness 120 euros, 8cyl harness 220 euros.

Sometimes you just have to get on the field and have to say I loved it!
Here's doing some wiring work on 944 Turbo track car that barely resembles 944 by now :) Fully built & drysumped LS1 with ITB's, Corvette complete rear and modified front suspension setup.
Did a complete chassis wiring along with complete engine wiring earlier.
In addition to the Nemesis 944 track car project there were many-many badass cars accompanying me, what a pleasant atmosphere to work in ;)

Always love doing something with a twist in it: this time Porsche 944 S2 with turbocharged 968 engine swapped in. ECU is "stealth": VEMS v3.9 board planted inside a Motronic casing. In addition separate wiring harness for coil-on-plug ignition, boost control, intake air temperature sensor (968 does not have it) and wideband lambda sensor. Communication and tuning is via Bluetooth.
All for having clean factory look :)
That kit went to Germany.

As it is in life, some projects are a bit different than others :) Here's a full engine harness for mighty Porsche 928 GTS which had its original harness ruined at some point in its life and now getting fresh wiring and a bit more power too!
This lovely kit went to Hong Kong.
