Injection molding technology. 6 key advantages:

1. No human factor and high accuracy. A fully automatic production process ensures the total identity of injection-molded products from various batches in perfect geometric parameters.
2. Possibility to implement increased height car mats elements. The embossed logo looks more attractive, and the high pattern allows to protect shoes from dirt and moisture.
3. Different thicknesses. Due to the increased thickness in areas of severe wear (ex.: driver's right foot area), car mats are more resistant to daily use.
4. Increased rigidity. The stiffeners located on the reverse side allow car mat to maintain its shape.
5. Anti-skid effect. The spikes on the reverse side prevent car mat's displacement in the car interior.

For the manufacture of our products we use an eco-friendly, modern and technological material - thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) which is used in many industries: from the production of shoe soles to products intended for use in the medical industry.

TPE is odorless, harmless to human health, does not emit harmful substances, is durable and has a high level of resistance to UV radiation, as well as aggressive substances. In addition, the TPE formulation specially developed by our specialists allows our products to retain their shape, as well as high resistance to wear throughout the entire period of operation in wide temperature ranges.

• WE ARE OE (Original Equipment) COMPANY
We independently develop and manufacture modern car accessories at our factory in Russia, such as car floor mats, mudguards, trunk mats, and others.
These are car accessories and components manufactured under the standards and requirements of an automobile company and delivered to its assembly plant or representative office. This product contains the designation (logo) of the automobile company, designed primarily for the "conveyor", and not for free sale.

Our car accessories and components are manufactured according to technical data and parameters with the automobile company's brand. We have our own modern conveyor lines and equipment that allows us to meet these standards.
