Antud auto on hea näide sellest, milleni valesti tehtud DPF-i lahendus võib viia.

Autol oli DPF tarkvaraliselt välja kirjutatud, kuid filter füüsiliselt alles. Regeneratsiooni enam ei toimunud ning aja jooksul läks filter täielikult umbe. Selle tagajärjel tekkis väljalaskes liiga suur vasturõhk, mis lõhkus turbo.

Ehk ühest valesti tehtud DPF-lahendusest sai lõpuks juba oluliselt kallim remont. 🔧

Ummistunud DPF tekitab väljalaskes suure vasturõhu, mille tagajärjel võib turbo kahjustada saada, auto kaotada jõudu, tõusta kütusekulu ja tekkida probleeme EGR-i ja teiste väljalaskesüsteemi komponentidega. Halvemal juhul võivad kahjustused jõuda ka mootorini.
