One of the rarest open-top Porsches in the world. Most people have never even seen one.

This is a 1963 Porsche 356 Carrera 2 Cabriolet, and Mads takes it for a proper drive.

Under that curvy little body sits the hand-built 4-cam Fuhrmann racing engine, pushing around 150 hp in a car that weighs almost nothing. But this one is personal too: Mads' father owned a 356 back in 1975, so this drive is a bit of a homecoming.

Expect the full story: why he drives it barefoot (and the ticket it once earned him), the gloves, and the one detail from JP Group that changed how it sounds.

A Volkswagen Beetle worth more than a Porsche 356? At the legendary Maikäfertreffen in Hannover, we found one. 👀

It is Christian's 1949 Hebmüller Cabriolet, the "royalty of convertibles," with only around 140 left in the world. And that is just the start. We also met Hans Peter from WERK34, who keeps these air-cooled legends alive with rare parts, and who showed us a watch that Volkswagen only handed to drivers who passed 100,000 km.

Rare cars, a secret VW watch, and the heartwarming story of how Christian found his. New JP Group Club episode is out now. 🎥

What does a 9-time Le Mans winner drive when he wants the ultimate air-cooled experience? 🏁

We met up with the legend himself, Tom Kristensen, at Classic Race Viborg for a deep dive into one of the rarest Porsches in existence: The 1973 911 Carrera RS 2.7 Leichtbau.

With only 200 units ever made, this isn’t just a car; it’s a piece of motorsport history. Tom shares his personal passion for Porsche, explains the "Leichtbau" secrets, and we even uncover an incredible story about a "lost" engine found at an auction in Paris.

"If you only look at the price, you're a victim."

A Porsche 996 or 997 exhaust is hidden behind plastic — you never actually see it. So how do you know what you're paying for?
In the latest JP Group Club episode, Mads Christensen and Torben Pagh put three systems on the table — factory-spec Dansk Motorsport, a competition version, and a cheap market copy — and go through exactly what separates them: the V-clamp fit, the flex bellow, the bracketry, TÜV approval, double-skin construction.

Then they fire up Torben's own 997 and let it speak for itself. 🔊

Some cars you read about. A few you get to drive.

This week Mads Christensen got the keys to one of his all-time bucket-list cars: a 1973 Porsche 911 2.7 Carrera RS Touring — the car that gave Rennsport its name.

Built to homologate Porsche's return to racing, only ~1,560 were ever made. They sold out at the Paris show in days, and it's been the Holy Grail of air-cooled 911s ever since. This particular car? Once owned by tuning legend Alois Ruf.

Barefoot, gloves on, Mads takes it down to the marina and answers the only question that matters: how does a 50-year-old icon actually drive today?

20,000 km in a 60-year-old VW Bus?! 🤯 Yes, you read that right!

Mads Christensen is in Hannover, where he ran into two absolute legends: Syahmi and Jeyakumaran from the Trip 4 Trees project. They’ve driven all the way from Malaysia to Germany in their iconic VW T1 Split Screens! 🚐💨

And that's not even the craziest part... Their mission is to plant 100,000 trees along the route. 🌳🌍

In the newest episode of JP Group Club, we look under the hood (is that seriously an aftermarket air-con?! 👀), hear about driving on black ice at an altitude of 4,500 meters, and talk about their insane journey in these air-cooled classics.

Are you a "Manual Man" or a PDK convert? 🏁

We’ve just released a brand-new episode of JP Group Club, and our host Mads Christensen is in his most subjective mood yet! The topic? The eternal debate between the technically perfect PDK gearbox and the soul of the manual stick shift.

Mads isn’t holding back—he’s literally saying a prayer for the manual gearbox! 🙏⚙️ He argues that technical perfection can be boring and that the true Porsche DNA is found in the interaction with that "funny little stick" in the middle.

Join us as we test both the 991 Turbo and the 991 Carrera to find out which one delivers the ultimate driving experience.
