ABOUT OUR COMPANY ZEUS AND OUR PRODUCT
Products and target group
We are a danish company that produces and sells cabin-bicycles if you just want to get from A to B while you have some fun and while you are exercising at the same time without feeling it.
Our product is a cabin-bicycle that has a electric-motor with pedals, so it isn't so hard to ride the bicycle. We only have one model to offer and it is the cabriolet model, so if you live in a country were it is always warm, you can open the roof to get some fresh air and feel the wind while you are riding around.
The cabin-bicycle comes with a charger when you buy one. The charge time for the battery on the bicycle is around 35-55 minutes for 0-100%. The maximum range for the bicycle is around 75-100 km on a full charge.
Our future plan is to try to make our company more international, so other countries get a chance to buy or try our cabin-bicycle.
We will try to open some stalls by some resort so you can rent our bicycle to explore your surroundings and to have some fun in the warm sun and the beautiful wind you feel when you ride around in the bicycle.
The price for a cabin-bicycle is 21.999 DKK
Our target group for the cabin-bicycle is people in the age 50 to 80. This is because we think the cabin-bicycle is for people who don't want a car, but instead want a bicycle that isn't hard to ride and one that is good for the environment.
Location:
Our main base is located in Denmark. All our dealers is located in Denmark. We have 4 dealers in total. One in Aarhus, Roskilde, Copenhagen and Svendborg. The dealer in Aarhus is our main base. The product is produced is in Poland since 2017.
Vision and mission:
Our mission is to modernise the bicycle, by making it hybrid, like there has been done with cars. We are looking to modernise the whole biking community, not just in Denmark but also internationally. The way we make it hybrids it that the bicycle has a battery where there are some pedals you have to ride, so the bicycle can be ridden, while the battery helps you so it doesn't get tiring, but more comfortable.
Our vision is to make the society more active by biking around instead of driving around. Our cabin bicycle makes you exercise but at the same time it doesn't feel like you are riding that far. It does not pollute even though it has a motor, so we are not only modernising the biking, we are also doing an effort in preventing climate changes.
History:
ZEUS was founded in may 2016, by some young innovative specialists. With one dealer in Aarhus, at that time.
The first year was a rough year for ZEUS, it didn't go as plan, and their media coverage wasn't really there.
But after the first year everyone was talking about driving in a ZEUS, and their revenue increased massively, and had no intention of slowing down. They had to hire new staff, because they just couldn't keep up.
Also they made a deal, and began to produce their product in Poland.
And now they have 4 dealers spread over Denmark. with a total of 1000 staff members.
