SCHALTKULISSE NORTH AMERICA CORP. IS OFFICIALLY UP AND RUNNING!

We are proud to present our most recent venture: our very own Miami showroom, situated in the upcoming area of Little Haiti, precisely on the 277 NE 61st St.

This new undertaking represents a bridge between our Munich location and our American customers, who are often faced with the daunting task of managing the purchase of a vehicle in Europe. With our American branch, we are able to offer US-customers the peace of mind while thinking of adding a car from Europe to their stable. Our dear colleague will be taking charge of the showroom.

The aim of Schaltkulisse NA is not only to facilitate the contact and transactions with Europe, but we will also be offering several collector-grade motorcars at our Miami location. The selection is already mouthwatering, with a unique Alloy-bodied Ferrari 250 Europa GT ‘Comp spec’, a stunning US 599 GTO, a dark blue 330 GTC, a Lamborghini Countach 5000QV and a low-mileage 575M.

One of the handful of LaFerrari Atelier cars ever made. Atelier, nowadays called Tailormade, allowed the first European owner of this car to go wild with the spec: rare Argento Nürburgring over a light grey leather interior, a grey middle hood section, and basically all the carbon fiber options one could have at the time. There are hundreds of Rosso Corsa LaFerrari’s, but silver ones, and in this incredible spec with very low mileage? You do the maths. Our fantastic one-owner, German 959 with 13k km we sold earlier this year. Well-maintained examples are so rare to find as the running costs on these are almost Bugatti Veyron territory. The legendary status and the driving experience might just be worth the expenses.

Needless to say we absolutely fell in love with it: Blu Ultrascuro over Pelle Rossa Scuro, fully matching numbers, and restored by none other than Zanasi. Sold to a very good customer just before the end of 2023. As Christmas presents go, this might be at the top…

We sold this very LaFerrari twice this year. Standard color combination of Rosso Corsa over a Nero interior. Still a looker. German delivered example with, at the time of selling it, less than 5,000km. Always a joy having one of these in the showroom, and the Argento Nurburgring example we have at the moment, might just be the best of the best.

It was finally time for a Porsche post in December. What is there to say about the 996 GT3 RS, other than, next to the fact it is the first of its kind, it is one of the best driver’s cars we’ve ever experienced. Absolutely incredible to drive and we struggle to understand how the caretakers of this specific example have only accumulated a mileage of 2,750km in 20 years. We personally, would’ve driven it twice around the globe. But for a collector, this is similar to finding a needle in a haystack: these cars were driven so hard when new, several had accidents and troubled history. To find an immaculate example nowadays, like this one, is like winning the lottery.

Finished in the iconic British Petroleum Livery, this very example, driven by François Duval, is looking for a new home with us.
