The Stuttgart Charter of the Hells Angels was founded in 1981.

A couple of years before, in 1978 the Hammers Of Hell MC Stuttgart had come around and started hanging out with the Hamburg Hells Angels. The Hammers Of Hell had been around for about 10 years and its Members were of a young age and mainly industrial workers; like mechanics and toolmakers. A Harley-Davidson was already standard in this club and the guys started riding up to Hamburg and back to Stu

Flatheads and Shovelheads. They would meet at the infamous Angel Place in Hamburg. From there, they rode to parties at the Baltic Sea. Also they started visiting the Hells Angels in Zurich, Switzerland and Vorarlberg, Austria. On September 29th 1980, they became a Prospect charter, and proudly wore Red and White bottom rockers. December 4th 1981 it finally happened. During a spontaneously organized party in the Welzheimer Forest they were voted in as Germany's 2nd and the World's 50th charter. From then on Stuttgart was part of the worldwide brotherhood of the Hells Angels Motorcycle club.
