🚵‍♂️ World Bicycle Day 🌍

Sometimes the best stories are written by the riders themselves.

A few weeks ago, Jens Gangloff reached out to us – not as an influencer or sponsored athlete, but simply as a long-time user of our bicycle repair kits. He told us how proud his sons Henri and Freddi are to ride with REMA TIP TOP patches and how, for years, they have relied on the quality and durability of our repair solutions in training and competition.

For us, this means a lot!

Jens learned how to repair bicycle tubes from his own father. Back then, replacing tubes again and again was simply too expensive – so repairing became part of everyday life. Today, he passes this knowledge on to the next generation.

Henri and Freddi ride bicycle trial with huge passion, where punctures and snakebites are part of almost every ride. Instead of throwing tubes away, they repair them – quickly, reliably and sustainably ♻️

Stories like this remind us what bicycle repair is really about:
trust, durability and passing knowledge from generation to generation.

👋 Meet Erkan Can – our REMAster for Production

At REMA TIP TOP, consistent production quality depends on experience, precision, and strong teamwork. Today, we’re excited to continue our REMAster campaign by introducing Erkan Can from our production team in Poing, Germany.

Erkan has been part of REMA TIP TOP since 1995. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in production operations, including monitoring equipment and producing precise mixtures. He specializes in filling systems, where his attention to detail and expertise ensure safe, consistent processes every day.

What he loves most about his work is the variety of tasks and the strong team spirit among colleagues. For Erkan, close collaboration is the key to handling even demanding challenges reliably.
By ensuring seamless production flows and interruption-free operations, he makes an important contribution to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the company.

We’re grateful for his long-standing dedication and look forward to many more successful years together!

At this year's The Tire Cologne, our colleague Helena Sabo, Director of Key Accounts & Sales Support at our Business Unit REMA Motion, will speak at the Global OTR Conference , which is taking place at the “TIRE STAGE” in Hall 6 alongside the TIRE trade fair.

Join her session on June 10 from 12–1 p.m.: “OTR & Sustainability: From Cradle to Grave and Back.” Helena will share REMA TIP TOP’s perspective on sustainable OTR tire repair operations, focusing on extending tire life through advanced repair and maintenance solutions, as well as supporting circular tire processes and retreading compatibility.

Our durable repair solutions help OTR operators to reduce waste, optimize costs, and minimize environmental impact in demanding environments.

With more than 20 years of global industry experience, Helena offers valuable industry insights with a commitment to advancing sustainable solutions that extend tire life and maximize casing value. We are proud to have her contribute to the OTR & Sustainability dialogue at The Tire Cologne.

🌍👥 REMA TIP TOP Talent Management Program in China!

Developing future leaders and strengthening international collaboration are key elements of the REMA TIP TOP Talent Management Program.

Since its launch in 2018, the program has been designed to support and prepare high-potential employees for future management responsibilities across our global organization.

Last week, the class of 2026, who will be graduating this summer, gathered in Beijing and Tianjin, China, for the module “Production & Processes”.

Together with instructors from REMA TIP TOP and the Boston Business School, the team explored production strategies, operational excellence, and process optimization in an international environment.

Another valuable weekend of racing for Sandro & Juliano Holzem at Zandvoort 🇳🇱🏁

Saturday delivered a fantastic result with P2 and a well-deserved podium finish, while Sunday brought another important race with a P8 finish after battling through a highly competitive field.

A weekend that reflected pure performance and absolute precision - from the teamwork in the garage to the fight on track. Proud of the commitment, focus, and mindset shown throughout the entire weekend.

The season keeps moving forward, and so does the team. We take the positives, keep learning, and head into the next race weekend motivated and ready for more. 🚀
