🌟 Sometimes an apprenticeship starts with a summer job – and that's exactly how it happened for Anna Sophie

After graduating from business high school, she joined PREMA GmbH, part of the REMA TIP TOP Group, as a summer student. Our colleagues were so impressed that they invited her to start an apprenticeship. Since fall 2024, she has been training as a Business Administration Apprentice at our Fürstenzell site. 🎓

This week, Anna Sophie is visiting our headquarters in Poing, gaining insights into departments such as Customs, Business Development, Marketing, Order Processing, and Quality Assurance.

Her biggest takeaway? Order Processing matches exactly how she imagines her future career, while Marketing showed her there's much more behind the scenes than any textbook can teach. And her first impression of our headquarters: "It feels much more close-knit than I expected, and everyone has been so welcoming."

An exciting and emotional race weekend brought colleagues from REMA TIP TOP AG, TIP TOP Automotive GmbH and dbs Delta Business Service together at the Nürburgring to experience world-class motorsport up close.

From the incredible atmosphere around the circuit to the action on the track, it was a weekend filled with excitement, great conversations, and memorable shared experiences.

👋 Meet Andreas Clemens – our REMAster of Application Technology

At REMA TIP TOP, sustainable solutions often emerge where experience meets technical expertise. That’s why we’re pleased to introduce Andreas Clemens today as part of our REMAster campaign.

Andreas has been working as an application engineer and product manager in the field of corrosion protection since 2017. His role is to work with customers to develop the right solutions for demanding applications, ranging from coatings to reactive resin fillers. In doing so, he combines technical expertise with a clear understanding of real-world requirements.

“Corrosion protection is my contribution to sustainability.”

For Andreas, corrosion protection means far more than just protecting equipment. Durable coatings extend the service life of industrial components, reduce the need for repairs or replacements, and help conserve resources. At the same time, they help reliably protect work areas from the effects of corrosive media.

Andreas is particularly proud of his contribution to the development of a styrene-free laminate coating. This is an example of how technical innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand.

Strong partnerships are built on shared ambition.

It was an exciting and successful race weekend at the Lausitzring filled with great achievements, unforgettable experiences, and many emotional moments both on and off the track.

A special moment at the track as Sandro and Juliano Holzem met with Bodo Wein, our new Head of REMA Holding GmbH, jens grabowski, CEO of TIP TOP Industrievulkanisation Borna, and Michael Lorig, CEO of REMA TIP TOP AG.

Supporting young talent, fostering long-term partnerships, and sharing the excitement of motorsport are all part of what makes race weekends like this so valuable.

We look forward to following the twins throughout the season and celebrating many more milestones together.

A fantastic performance from the brothers, who fought hard and secured an impressive P1 finish on Saturday 🏆🏅🚀
