Broken cast arm? No problem. 🔧

The foot shear arrived damaged during shipping, so I milled a reinforcement plate and bolted it back together.

Simple fix, solid result. ✅

From resin print to carbon fiber. 👀

This SLA prototype is part of the development process for a new Ferrari carbon fiber component.

Before committing to the final tooling, we use rapid prototypes to check geometry, details and fit — all developed in-house.

And removing the supports might be the most satisfying part. 😮‍💨

Not wrapped. Not skinned. FULL CARBON. 🇮🇹

Our Ferrari ashtray is manufactured entirely from carbon fiber with a strong focus on weave alignment, fit and finish.

Made in-house for the Ferrari 360, F430 & 550.

Because replacing a Ferrari part with carbon should actually mean replacing it with carbon.

The spring we needed was not available off the shelf.

It had to be specifically matched to the function of the part, and outsourcing such a small batch would have been far too expensive.

So we designed a simple forming tool and manufactured the springs ourselves.

That is what in-house development means to us: solving every detail from the first concept to the finished product.
