A pretty challenging project: the design and manufacturing of a solution to fit an endurance look alike fuel tank cap assembly to a Honda Bol d`Dor tank. I scanned the tank and based on this data I designed an adaptor part. The part itself was then milled from billet aluminium and glued to the tank with a petrol resistant adhesive. This was the easy part, because the underside of the adaptor part was designed to create a prefect fit on this specific tank - including all the dents and deviations of the tank surface. 😁
Now it`s time for the paint job.

Some pictures of a bespoke front fender for a pretty special CB900F Bol d`Or. The fender is 3d printed and painted, the holders are CNC milled out of 7075 aluminium and the fork protectors are again 3d printed.

This was a pretty challenging project: design and manufacturing an airbox for a Ducati 998 with an 1098 engine.

The first serious part from my new CNC mill, still raw without any surface treatment: a holder for an air box project. Certainly not the most suitable design for easy milling, but I wanted to try a more organic shape this time 😀. It was made from a plate of 7075T6 aluminium.
