Toprak Razgatlioglu is unstoppable!

This weekend at Donington Park, he clinched his third consecutive win, leaving his competitors in awe and solidifying his dominance in the World Superbike championship, just as he has in previous races with his outstanding performances.

Toprak Razgatlioglu dominierte das Wochenende in Misano mit drei aufeinanderfolgenden Siegen in der MOTUL FIM Superbike Weltmeisterschaft 2024. Am Samstag gewann er das erste Rennen nach einer frühen Führung von Remy Gardner, gefolgt von Nicolo Bulega und Alvaro Bautista auf den Plätzen zwei und drei. Andrea Locatelli und Alex Lowes belegten die Plätze vier und fünf, während Jonathan Rea nach einem Sturz ausschied.

Am Sonntag setzte Razgatlioglu seinen Siegeszug fort, indem er das Superpole-Rennen mit großem Vorsprung gewann, nachdem er Nicolo Bulega überholt hatte. Alex Lowes sicherte sich den dritten Platz, während Alvaro Bautista nach einem Sturz nur den 17. Platz erreichte. In Rennen 2 behauptete Razgatlioglu erneut die Spitze und gewann vor Bulega und Bautista, während Lowes auf dem vierten Platz landete.

In der Meisterschaft führt Razgatlioglu nun mit 179 Punkten vor Bulega (158 Punkte), Bautista (155 Punkte) und Lowes (124 Punkte). Der nächste Lauf findet in einem Monat auf dem Donington Park statt.

Alex Lowes, fresh from signing with Kawasaki, dominated the early laps of the World Superbike session, blazing ahead of Nicolo Bulega and his teammate Axel Bassani. Meanwhile, Toprak Razgatlioglu had a rough start with clutch issues but soon hit his stride.

The first Free Practice session saw some drama with a red flag after Philipp Oettl’s Yamaha R1 spectacularly blew its engine at turn six. Once the track was cleared and action resumed, Razgatlioglu came back with a vengeance, setting the fastest time by a stunning three-tenths of a second.

While Razgatlioglu kept getting quicker, his teammate Michael Van Der Mark had to dust himself off after a spill at turn four. Michele Pirro also took a tumble, losing some aero on his Panigale V4 R.

As the session wound down, several riders shaved off time, but Razgatlioglu was on another level, cementing his lead with an even faster final lap. What a way to kick off the weekend!

Egal ob es um den Sprint bei der WorldSBK in Assen geht oder um Ausdauer bei den 24 Heures Motos in Le Mans – PVM-Räder zeigen sich stets als zuverlässige Partner. Die Saison 2024 der FIM Endurance World Championship für das BMW Motorrad Motorsport-Team hat begonnen, das nach einem 24-stündigen Rennen den zweiten Platz erreichte.

In der Formula EWC geht das BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team mit der #37 BMW M 1000 RR, ausgestattet mit unseren Rädern, unter der Führung von Reiterberger, Mikhalchik und dem neuen Mitglied Guintoli sowie der Unterstützung von Soomer, auf die Jagd nach Ruhm und dem Weltmeistertitel. Das Tecmas-MRP-BMW Racing Team aus Frankreich repräsentiert voller Selbstvertrauen die Marke in der Superstock-Klasse, nachdem es bereits 2023 bewiesen hat, dass es zu den Besten gehört.
