Sustainability is engineered in – not added on ♻️

Lasting change starts with the right materials. That's why the new BMW X5 uses CO2e-reduced steel and aluminium, contributing to around 940 kg of secondary materials in the electrical BMW iX5 – roughly one third of its total composition.

It's just one part of how we lower the product carbon footprint across the entire lifecycle.
