2025 hatte dieser gnadenlos auf Sprint gebaute Boxer seinen ersten Auftritt bei uns. Laut Phil, war irgendwas zwischen Einspritzanlage - NOS - und eFuel noch nicht optimiert, da sie erst kurz vor dem 101 die Hallen der BMW Entwicklungsabteilung zum internationalen Fotoshooting verließ. Ein Jahr ist vergangen - und wer Phil kennt, der weiss, jetzt ist es optimiert! Mit ihm selbst hinter dem Lenker, ist seine TITAN ein absoluter Titel-Favorit. Seinen 15 möglichen Gegnern: Viel Glück beim ziehen eurer Ace-Card im ‚Draw‘.
In 2025, this boxer, built ruthlessly for sprint racing, made its first appearance with us. According to Phil, something between the fuel injection system - NOS - and eFuel still wasn’t optimized, since it only left the halls of the BMW development department for the international photo shoot just before the 101. One year has passed - and anyone who knows Phil knows: now it’s optimized! With him himself behind the handlebars, his TITAN is an absolute title favorite. To his 15 possible opponents: Good luck drawing your Ace card in the ‘Draw’.
Die ‚Titan‘ ist ein BMW | BMW Motorrad Deutschland internes BMW Motorrad Custom Speed Shop Team-Work Ergebnis. Von Ingenieuren & Designer, welche von oben freie Hand bekommen haben etwas wirklich gnadenlos verrücktes zu bauen. Wir, Team 101, haben keine Ahnung wie Phil, einer der Organisatoren des ROCKET RACE CLUB, dies damals geschafft hat - aber wir sind mächtig Stolz auf ihn und dieses ganz besondere Motorrad.
The ‘Titan’ is an internal BMW Motorrad Custom Speed Shop | BMW Motorrad Deutschland team-work result. From engineers & designers who were given free rein from the top to build something truly ruthlessly crazy. We, Team 101, have no idea how Phil, one of the organizers of the ROCKET RACE CLUB, managed to pull this off back then - but we are mighty proud of him and this very special motorcycle.

BMW Motorrad ist zurück am Glemseck 101! - 🏁 - Neben der nochmals von Philipp Ludwig | Phil im Detail für den Sprint überarbeiteten »Titan«, entstand dieses Jahr im BMW Motorrad Custom Speed Shop – in langwieriger Teamarbeit – die BMW R1300R »Hooligan 101«. Als eine Hommage an die unvergessene R90S Daytona und deren Rennsporterfolge in den 70er Jahren. Pilot: Norbert Rebholz aka „Mr. Making Kleinholz“.
In Runde 19 des Glemseck 101 kann sich das Publikum auf der 101 Tribüne also gleich über zwei der spektakulärsten BMW Motorrad Deutschland Sprint Motorräder auf Basis der R1300R freuen, welche im Doppelpack an die Startlinie des 101 rollen werden. Und mit dem Potenzial dieses drehmomentstarken Boxer-Motors sowie Norbert und Phil hinter dem Lenker, haben beide 101 Favoriten-Status.
BMW Motorrad is back at Glemseck 101! - 🏁 - Alongside the “Titan,” once again meticulously reworked for the sprint by Philipp Ludwig, this year the BMW Motorrad Custom Speed Shop - in lengthy teamwork - created the BMW R1300R “Hooligan 101.” As a homage to the unforgettable R90S Daytona and its racing successes in the 1970s. Rider: Norbert Rebholz aka “Mr. Making Kleinholz.”
In Round 19 of Glemseck 101 the audience on the 101 grandstand can therefore look forward to two of the most spectacular BMW Motorrad Germany sprint motorcycles based on the R1300R, which will roll up to the 101 starting line as a pair. And with the potential of this high-torque boxer engine as well as Norbert and Phil behind the bars, both have 101 favorite status.
