📦 A practical step towards unattended production
Automation does not need to be complex to make a difference.
The PZ1/PZ2 pallet transfer system automatically moves pallets with fixtures and workpieces between setup stations, pallet stockers and machining centres. Supporting up to six machining centres and expandable pallet storage, the system is designed to increase machine utilisation while reducing operator intervention. A rail-guided transfer vehicle automatically delivers pallets to the required machine, helping to reduce waiting times and support reliable unattended production.
Compatible with 400 × 400 mm, 500 × 500 mm and 630 x 630 mm pallet formats, PZ1/PZ2 provides a flexible entry point into automated pallet handling and unattended production during nights and weekends.
Its modular design allows manufacturers to start with a configuration that fits today's demand and expand as production grows.

✈️ As the aerospace industry gathers at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, the focus remains on increasing productivity, reducing machining costs and maintaining process reliability in the production of structural aerospace components.
The MAG1 was developed specifically to address these challenges. Its 5-axis architecture, high-performance spindle and high feed axis movement make it well suited for the efficient machining of complex aluminium aerospace structures.
