As partner it was possible to gain KW automotive as leading company in the coilover market for the development of the dampers.

The story of FAHRWairK started with the idea of building an air suspension with the driving behaviour comparable to the best coilover systems in the market plus the benefit of the fast adjustable height. After a long-lasting benchmark of the existing air springs we found Continental as second partner for the project to supply springs in highest quality with the perfect defined spring rate. Combini

ng the dampers from KW and the air springs from Continental we got the base to be able to work on the perfect fine adjustment of all components. For this reason we used the Formula One 7 post driving dynamics test rig from KW automotive as well as we drove many prototype kilometers on German highways. Finally we are able to offer the best OEM air suspension in the market in terms of driving-dynamics, ride-comfort and TUEV-certification.
