What a fantastic day at !

We had an amazing time connecting with around 400 selected workshop customers from across Australia and New Zealand at this year’s event by hsy autoparts.

The interest in Elring and our products was fantastic! Our team had many great conversations with automotive professionals and received very positive feedback from the workshop community. 🔧

A special highlight was our hands-on training session with Elring experts Michael Nicklas and Pascal Meinhardt. With great participation and lots of valuable exchange, we explored practical workshop topics including:

🔧 Gasket or RTV? The right choice depends on the job.

RTV sealants are an important part of modern engine manufacturing. They provide reliable sealing performance and meet the requirements of highly automated production processes.

But repair and maintenance come with different challenges. In the workshop, factors like easy installation, reliability and practical handling matter.

That’s why a purpose-designed gasket can often be the smarter choice for repair applications.

Because OE doesn’t always mean the best choice for every repair.

🌍⚽ Participants from 25 countries, plenty of football excitement, and a race that went down to the wire!

Our 2026 World Cup Prediction Game brought together customers and partners from around the world, turning every match into an opportunity to put football knowledge to the test.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this competition such a success. Participation was especially strong from Poland, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Germany, highlighting the reach and spirit of our international Elring community.

🏆 The final standings couldn't have been any closer: three participants achieved an outstanding 292 points, finishing tied for first place and each earning a prize.

🎁 And the celebrations don't stop there. Participants finishing in places 4 through 12 will also receive an official World Cup football as a reward for their impressive performance.

Congratulations to all winners and thank you to everyone who joined the challenge. It was great to see our global community coming together through a shared passion for football.

We're already looking forward to the next competition! ⚽

🔧 Workshop Mistakes: When a new seal won't stop the leak

A Fiat Ducato 2.2L Diesel is still leaking oil after the radial shaft seal has been replaced.

In many cases, the seal itself isn't the problem. Incorrect silicone application during installation can cause sealing lips to deform or even block the tension spring, resulting in oil leakage.

That's why proper installation is just as important as choosing the right part.

✅ Remove the oil pan as specified
✅ Apply silicone only where required
✅ Use Dirko™ HT correctly
✅ Follow the installation instructions carefully

Reliable repairs start with the right parts and the right installation process.
