Audi's latest compact sporty SUV to be part of TT family

Production model most likely to be called TTQ; 'Q4' owned by Alfa Romeo

The Audi TT offroad concept can drive over 50 kilometers (31.1 miles) solely on electric power and, with zero emissions, and has a total range of up to 880 kilometers (546.8 miles), the company said.

The Lexus NX compact crossover resembles the aggressively creased concept car displayed at the 2013 Frankfurt auto show. Powertrains will vary by region. Lexus is offering a naturally aspirated NX 200, a NX 300h hybrid and an NX 200t turbo.

Honda's upcoming Fit-based subcompact crossover will be called the HR-V, the company said today in releasing the first image of the vehicle.

The HR-V, derived from the Fit hatchback, will go on sale in the United States later this year.

It will be positioned below the CR-V in Honda's crossover lineup, although Honda did not disclose pricing.

The CR-V's base price is $23,775, including destination charges, while Fit pricing starts at $16,315.

The HR-V will join a group of small crossovers such as the Nissan Juke, Jeep Renegade and Chevrolet Trax.

The HR-V will roll down the same Celaya, Mexico, assembly line as the Fit.

It will also share the Fit's "Magic Seat" second-row fold-flat seats.

The Pinnacle Travel Phantom includes 230 individual pieces of marquetry that combine to create the motif of a cross-continental train speeding across a landscape with plumes of steam left in its wake. This motif flows across the front-fascia pieces of glove box and passenger panel to the rear picnic tables and door cappings. The same motif bleeds onto the door cards through 24,633 individual stitches.

Two new Aston Martin models to debut at New York auto show

DB9 Carbon Edition and Vantage GT join Aston lineup

At $99,900, the Vantage GT becomes the lowest-price option in the Aston Martin lineup. With a 430-hp V8, a 190-mph top speed.

The Carbon Edition is powered by Aston's 6.0-liter V12 making 457 lb-ft of torque and 510 hp.
