Today, a comprehensive range of ARB product is available in the majority of European markets, all backed by ARB’s professional after sales service. In recognition of ARB’s loyalty to its European customers, a warehouse and distribution centre was established in Prague, Czech Republic.

Campfire pizza

Ingredients:
1. 1 pre-made dough ball
2. 2 spicy Italian sausages
3. 1/2 onion thinly sliced
4. 200g mushrooms thinly sliced
5. Fresh mozzarella
6. Pizza sauce

Method:
1. Remove your dough ball from the fridge 1 hour before.
2. Remove the skins from the sausages and tear into small chunks
3. In a cast iron pan fry your sausage pieces until cooked through and crispy. Set aside.
4. In the sausage fat fry your onions until nicely caramelised. Set aside.
5. Cook your mushrooms until soft. Set aside.
6. Roll out your dough and put it in the cast iron pan. Cook until the bottom side is brown
7. Flip the dough
8. While the bottom side is cooking add your pizza sauce, sausage, onions, mushrooms and cheese
9. Loosely cover with foil
10. Pizza is cooked once the bottom is crispy and the cheese has melted
