Position : Quality Manager – Communication with Chinese Suppliers

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate quality control processes according to client requirements
• Daily communication with Chinese suppliers and partners (via email, phone, and online meetings)
• Handle complaints and negotiate corrective actions with suppliers
• Ensure translation and accuracy of technical documentation and inspection reports
• Report quality control results to management and clients
• Actively participate in improving internal quality and communication processes
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with logical thinking
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Proactive and responsible approach to work
• Communicative level of English or Czech (both are welcome)
• Communicative level of Chinese is required (written and spoken)
• Minimum of high school education (technical background is an advantage)
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Interest in technologies and quality standards
• Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
