Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι η εταιρεία μας συνεχίζει την αντικατάσταση των ελαττωματικών αερόσακων Takata για οχήματα χωρίς ευρωπαϊκή έγκριση τύπου.
Κατανοούμε την ταλαιπωρία που μπορεί να προκαλέσει αυτή η διαδικασία και σας διαβεβαιώνουμε ότι καταβάλλουμε κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για την ταχύτερη εξυπηρέτησή σας.

Όσοι έχετε ήδη επικοινωνήσει με το τηλεφωνικό μας κέντρο δεν χρειάζεται να προβείτε σε περαιτέρω ενέργειες.

Αγαπητοί ιδιοκτήτες αυτοκινήτων Mazda,

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε για την έναρξη της νέας τηλεφωνικής γραμμής 22 747100, η οποία θα εξυπηρετεί αποκλειστικά για ερωτήματα σχετικά με τις ανακλήσεις αερόσακων Takata.

Η γραμμή εξυπηρέτησης θα ξεκινήσει τη λειτουργία της στις 16 Δεκεμβρίου 2024, από τις 13:00 μ.μ. και θα είναι διαθέσιμη καθημερινά από τις 08:00 έως τις 18:00, καθώς και τα Σαββατοκύριακα από τις 08:00 έως τις 15:00.

Για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή ενημέρωση σχετικά με τις ανακλήσεις, παρακαλούμε να επικοινωνείτε αποκλειστικά μέσω της συγκεκριμένης τηλεφωνικής γραμμής.

Making its World Premier today is the MX-30 R-EV, a plug-in hybrid like no other.

Mazda has chosen to bring back the as a power generator. This takes advantage of a rotary engine's unique ability to produce the necessary output with a small power unit. The newly developed 8C rotary engine is packaged alongside the generator and a high-output motor in the engine bay. This compact electric powerplant is paired with a 17.8 kWh lithium ion battery and a 50-litre gas tank to create a unique series plug-in hybrid system.
