Some new developments: We discovered that our boats serve as the perfect platform for sustainable (electric) drive systems. The cost savings for electric drive systems outweigh the additional investments in our carbon prepreg production compared to polyester glass fiber boats. When considering the total lifespan of a boat, determining the right choice isn't obvious.

Based on the feedback of our clients we made a more "cozy" renderings of the AEOLOS P30L interior. At least we ccan fulfil your individual style by combing the composite interior parts with wood veneer, visible carbon or also with 0,6mm thick marble.

Now the first M20 is under construction. It will be a small boating (r)evolution. We worked a bit at design and materials. Our laminate plans and bill of material show less than 100kg boat weight without engines.

We grown to 30 employees this week. Offering locally and globally service. Locally for example: Keel alignment SB20, Tube replacement at ribs, spinnaker boom repair, repainting of parts and boats, rudder development and production ... the one stop shop for boats and parts.
And do not forget: New build of yachts up to 20m.

Shed No. 2.7 in the front will get a 11m door to the water side for the bigger boats. The second shed No. 2.8 is the AEOLOS series production.

A big day. The first boat has come in from the seaside for maintenance and refit. A completely normal, rather boring mooring situation for us. Sun, almost no wind, no waves, no current, perfect conditions.
But for the region, it was the first time that a private boat had moored in this harbour and later wanted to be lifted. We would like to thank the RAK harbour administration for their support in clarifying the procedures between the coastguard, emigration, customs and harbour security. We hope this is the first of hundreds.
This is also very, very exciting for our clients Lisa and Lars. They are acting as the standard model for a new process at this location: Boat Lift and Refit.

We start the production of masts. Here is the first part of the high-precision metal moulds for saling production in our heated 200t press. Because the greatest weight-saving potential lies in the details, not in the mast profile.
Also in production: Aluminium Flying Dutchman Mast tools. Finished: Aeolos P30 Mast profile tools. First mast will be ready soon :-)
We have boom profiles from 2-6m and mast profiles from 6-18m.
