Ditec PWR is the new range of electromechanical actuators for swing gates for residential, condominium and industrial applications. They are designed and developed to ensure quality and strength, while making installation and maintenance easy.

The 24-Volt DC virtual-encoder technology enables constant electronic control of the impact forces and immediate obstacle detection, ensuring that the operating device stops or motion is reversed (if configured) when obstacles are detected. If this is not enough, you can add magnetic limit switches (on PWR 35, already assembled on PWR 50). Additionally, in the event of a power outage, the electronic control panel intervenes, activating the batteries (optional) which ensure continuous operation of the system.

Ditec QIK is a high performance automatic barrier, the synonym of durability: tested for over 1 million cycles, it has an opening speed of up to 2 seconds (to 90°) and blends in perfectly in any setting.

It is available in 3 versions: a 230 V AC versionof 3.5 metres and two 24 V DC versions for through passages of up to 5.8 and 7.6 m respectively. The encoder system on the 24 V DC models ensure fully safe use, allowing speed control and continuous adjustment of the impact force, as well as immediate detection of obstacles and slowdowns. The Ditec QIK range is fully compliant with European Directives.

Clean look and attention to details for heavy duty applications

All rivets are made of stainless steel and have no welding to ensure long life and maintain their features unaltered. The monobloc aluminium die-cast reduction unit ensures easy installation, longer life and easy cleaning.

Tested to over a million operating cycles

The low stress reduction unit ensures a very high number of operations. The test carried out on the unit has achieved with ease a staggeringly high number of operations, over 1,500,000.

Ditec ION is the new range of electromechanical actuators for sliding gates designed to guarantee quality, sturdiness and reliability over time, and to facilitate their installation and maintenance.
The range is made up of two motors per 400 Kg and 600 Kg wing, and integrates the multifunction control panel in the operating device.

INTELLIGENT

Ditec ION includes a rapid self-learning procedure, which automatically records all stopping positions in two operations, self-adjusting to the most diverse installation contexts.

24 V VIRTUAL ENCODER

For constant electronic monitoring of impact forces and immediate obstacle detection ensuring that the electromechanical actuator is stopped, or the motion is inverted (if configured). Optional magnetic limit switches. Additionally, in the event of a blackout, the electronic control panel intervenes activating the incorporated batteries (optional) which ensure correct operation of the system.
