The "R" grade on a Japanese auction sheet doesn't tell the whole truth.
Many buyers see the R and walk away. But the grade alone doesn't show how serious the repair was.
Cars can carry the "R" marking — yet have completely different repair histories. Some had minor bodywork repairs. Others had serious structural repairs.
That's why the auction sheet notes matter. They show what was repaired, what was replaced, and what else needs checking.
And that's not all. Our partners in Japan physically inspect the cars before every bid.
We don't just read the sheet and upload it to some AI tool —
WE SEE THE CAR WITH OUR OWN EYES.
Don't judge an R grade by the letter alone.
We always check:
✅ The repair history
✅ The auction sheet notes
✅ The photos
✅ The inspection details
✅ The physical inspection before bidding
So that we decide first whether the car is worth it or not.
