Private Tour: Different nationalities, cultures and management skills can lead to dissatisfaction among tourists participating in mixed group tours, therefore it is our policy not to mix different groups. Tours will be allocated for each guide or more depending on the amount of people that will make the tour, this enables us to easier adapt to varied driving skills and expectations of our customers on the Tour. Flexible schedules: At holiday time we all like to forget for a moment all the stress generated through the strict timetables that apply to our daily lives, for this reason AXR offers our customers the ability to create your own Tour between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM according to your travel plans. Three languages: In AXR there is no language barrier to interfere with good communication between client and guide, our tours can be directed in three different languages fluently: Spanish, English and French; In this way our customers can rely on a better relationship with the guide, and get to know the best Costa Rican customs, friendliness and warmth. Our partners: Good customer service is our priority, for this reason AXR recruit staff with many years of experience in the tourist field with highly competitive curriculum, our guides are certified by the ICT and master of at least two or three languages. More than just an off-road tour: Our tours are characterized by giving our customers a lot of adrenaline and fun, but that’s not all! We guarantee a Tour where visitors can gain access to a wide array of all our natural resources, jungles, hidden waterfalls, indigenous wildlife habitats and have access to small towns tucked away, the areas where the people live the real Costa Rican culture. Tour Sites: In our four facilities on site include secure private parking, refreshments, sanitary services and showers. Pick up: AXR offers this service . The pick up is free if our customers are located inside the area of Jaco, Herradura, Playa Hermosa. If not in any of these areas there is an additional fee to be determined at the time of reservation. Our Fleet:
We’re the only company in the area that has a fleet of 42 vehicles manufactured in 2009 and 2010 without any intermediary, which are divided into 30 ATV 250cc singles. Automatic or Semi-double and 12 ATV two 420cc capacity, which have mandatory insurance and additional policies INS (tour operator policy). It is company policy to replace each ATV before completing one year of use, our vehicles are checked regularly by professional mechanics who work for reputable company such as: Moto sport, Suzuki and Honda. We guarantee the customer the security provided by driving a vehicle new and in perfect condition and undamaged during the Tour.
