🎯Not every part needs expensive tooling or a full-scale CNC setup.

🤔Some parts are simply too large, too low-volume, or too costly to manufacture conventionally.

🥁The D800 Ultra brings large-format FFF 3D printing beyond prototyping and into the world of production.

Watch the D800 Ultra handle high-performance engineering materials:
PA-CF | PPS-CF | PET-CF | ASA | PETG| PLA-CF

🦋Nature is the ultimate engineer. What if drone design could follow the geometry of nature?
Traditional molds make complex 3D bionic curves nearly impossible to manufacture without slicing them into multiple glued pieces.

🍃🚁Our industrial 3D printers change the game. We printed this Bionic UAV Frame using PPS-CF on the huge CreatBot D1000 Pro HS!
✅ Print Large Seamless Parts: Produce big all-weather drone frames in a single piece with zero glue or hardware joints.
✅ Unlock Bionic Freedom: Print complex organic geometries molds can’t achieve.
✅ Zero Tooling Required – Go from 3D model to a functional flight frame in next to no time.
✅ Accelerate Time-to-Market: Skip tooling and cut prototype iteration cycles by over 80%.

Additive manufacturing shouldn't just play a supporting role in UAV engineering—it should be the star.

🎯Ever wondered why weird lines ruin your thin-wall parts? It’s all about inner flow bleeding through the outer shell.

🔥Looks at how optimizing slicer parameters can eliminate these surface defects without sacrificing print speed.

🚀When an aircraft is grounded (AOG), every hour counts.
But high tooling costs and multi-month lead times are the biggest bottlenecks in aerospace prototyping and MRO operations.

🔥That's where large-format 3D printing deserves a closer look.
For this project, we 3D printed a large aircraft wing using PET-CF on the D1000 Pro HS:
📏 Size: 1032 x 140 x 650 MM
⚙ Nozzle: 0.6 MM
📐 Layer Height: 0.25 MM
🧩 Infill: 20%

How is your engineering team tackling the lead-time challenge for complex aerostructures?

🚘Custom car parts shouldn’t require mass production.
🤔But traditional manufacturing often means tooling, minimum quantities, long lead times, and expensive design changes.

That doesn’t make sense for customization.
So we printed this auto part in ASA on our D400 HS.
✅ Size: 433 x 195 x 335 MM
✅ Nozzle: 0.6 MM
✅ Layer Height: 0.2 MM
✅ Infill: 20%

🕹️Robot joints sit at the heart of motion, where strength, stiffness, weight, complexity, and rapid iteration all matter. 🤖

🦾Traditional manufacturing can become a bottleneck when robotics teams need frequent design changes, low-volume parts, and fast physical validation.

💯We bridged this gap by printing a robotic joint housing with PA-CF on the CreatBot D600 Pro 3 HS!
✅ Lightweight & rigid structural design
✅ Complex geometries made possible
✅ Faster design-to-part iteration
✅ Large-format industrial 3D printing
✅ No dedicated tooling for each iteration

What if your robot could evolve as fast as your ideas?

🚁FPV drones and commercial UAVs demand lighter weight, stronger structure& faster design iteration.

Traditional manufacturing is excellent for mass production, but they often limit rapid prototyping, complex geometries, and customized solutions.

👩‍🚀Additive manufacturing opens another possibility. We fully 3D printed this UAV frame using PA-CF on our D1000 Pro HS in a single run:
✅Lightweight structural design
✅High stiffness-to-weight ratio
✅Rapid iteration capability
✅Digital manufacturing flexibility

🚀What if every drone frame redesign didn't require expensive tooling or machining?

✈️For aircraft manufacturing and MRO, what if a traditionally “large, urgent, low-volume, and hard-to-source” aerospace part didn’t have to wait for the supply chain and only be manufactured on-demand?

This is where industrial 3D printing comes in.

🚀For this project, we 3D printed a complete set of aircraft wings using PET-CF on the CreatBot 𝐃𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐇𝐒
✨ Fewer Joints = Maximum Aerodynamic Strength
✨ Modular Design = Easy Transport & Internal Wiring
⏱️ From digital file to Flight-Ready in 48 Hours!
Would you trust a 3D-printed aircraft part? Why or why not?
