Can 3D printed PEEK move into end-use applications?
It starts with one key question:
Can material performance remain stable?
In this test, we used the FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO to print standard PEEK tensile specimens and conducted four consecutive tensile tests.
We were not only looking at a single test result.
We were looking at performance consistency across multiple printed specimens.
For high-performance end-use parts, the real boundary of application is not defined by print quality alone. It is defined by whether the material’s mechanical performance can be delivered consistently.
