From prototype to mass production — an electric light truck project in South Korea 🇰🇷

For this project, we supplied multiple EV systems, including:

• DC/DC Converter
• Electric A/C Compressor
• EHPS
• Water Pump

For electric buses, motor selection needs to match the vehicle and its duty cycle.

City buses deal with frequent acceleration and braking, varying passenger loads, congested roads, and long daily operating hours.

Motor efficiency and torque control therefore have a direct impact on energy consumption and drivability.

Our electric bus motor range covers different vehicle platforms, with central direct-drive motors from 60 to 400 kW and torque up to 5,000 N·m.

For 8–12 m buses and coaches, we also offer an integrated Motor + MCU e-powertrain. The compact design reduces wiring and installation complexity while providing a more integrated drivetrain package.

Most of our bus motor platforms have completed calibration and entered SOP, with selected models already deployed in commercial bus projects and mass production.
