For 2.0T–5.0T cargo trucks, sightseeing vehicles, and electric buses, a compact electric drive axle can simplify the drivetrain layout while keeping the motor and axle closely integrated.

Our 2-in-1 motor and electric drive axle assembly is available in two power versions:

• 35 kW rated / 70 kW peak
• 50 kW rated / 100 kW peak
• IPM flat-wire motor
• IP68 protection
• 290–420 V DC or 310–420 V DC full-power voltage range
• Axle gear ratio and dimensions can be matched to vehicle requirements

The assembly is designed for applications where packaging, vehicle integration, and drivetrain configuration need to be considered together.

Our range covers power ratings from 3.3 kW to 40 kW, with options for different vehicle platforms, including 400V and 800V systems.

Depending on the application, options include single-phase or three-phase AC input, air or liquid cooling, and CAN communication. For projects requiring a more integrated setup, OBC and DC/DC converter combinations, as well as OBC + DC/DC + PDU units, are also available.

Our distributed dual-motor electric axle is also used in electric municipal vehicles such as water tankers.
