It has been a decade since we established the company in China. The founders of Royal Oceanic envisioned a comprehensive integration of various production and service facilities, aspiring to evolve into a large-scale enterprise capable of achieving international recognition for its results.
As of 2026, Royal Oceanic owns and operates two mega facilities for boat and yacht manufacturing, one facility dedicated to boat and yacht maintenance, and an additional company that offers yacht sales, yacht charter and marina services for both domestic and international yacht owners and businesses. All these enterprises, including payroll and other expenses for over 600 permanent and outsourced employees, are managed through the investments made by our founders.
Since 2016, our Chairman has sustained a partnership with the China Shipbuilding Corporation, engaging in multiple projects even prior to the establishment of our company.
In 2022, our founders, along with their business partner who initiated the company, decided to close the Hovercraft manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China, due to state intervention.
In 2025, following a visit to the Monaco Yacht Show, our founders acquired ownership of a 50-metre-long superyacht that was designed and built in Italy. This superyacht is currently registered under the flag of Malta and is situated in the Mediterranean.
Currently, 1,112 individuals are compensated with salaries and benefits throughout China, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, a result of our founders' efforts in establishing multiple enterprises in yacht manufacturing and services. This initiative is supported by the substantial financial resources of 4 billion US dollars from our Chairman, who has carefully designed every aspect of the company in alignment with his vision.
