2 sets New High-speed machine with 30000rpm arriving in for machinnig

High-performance machining with more accuracy, precision and stability, to creat the top quality injection molds with shorter cycle times, superior finishes and matched surface.

- ±0.003mm accuracy.
- High precision mold, copper electrode processing and a variety of high-precision requirements of components.

Hondvo News Update！The newly installed 2 sets of vertical liquid silicone injection molding machines have been debugged and put into run successfully. The other four 4 SETS (120T， 120T, 120T, 85T) are coming in Feb, 2024！
The liquid silicone injection molding machine is a perfect combination of efficient and convenient feeding system and high-quality injection system. It is not only easy to operate, but also greatly improves the production efficiency of products and improves product quality.

1. This integrated and vertical LSR machine is with smaller footprint to save more space in the workshop.

2. Its vertical mold clamping provides a well-sealed and more accurate glue injection, which is more conducive to the production of rubber-covered products. Also it has easier access to inserts and the finished parts.

3. With the double sliding design, the forward and backward sliding can achieve a double-station operation. The latch can be pushed upward to release the parts, so as to make it more convenient to pick and place the products!

The rotary table can be equipped with multiple cavity-half and core-half, thus the part releasing / picking can be done at the same time while it is in the process of molding , which saves much time of waiting for the next part to be formed, the production efficiency is increased up to 50%!

2. 17 sets of IMMs, ranging 50~180 tonnage, including 10 sets of all-electric injection molding machines of Sumitomo Brand(Japan made)
3. Specialty of the 10 sets of Sumitomo precision IMMs: strict control of pressure, gear precision standard up to Grade 9, product tolerance up to 0.01mm.
4. Equipped with automated high-precision STAR robotic arms, capacity 16,000 units per 24hrs.

Hondvo April Olympic Game – All Team Win Medals

The Winter Olympic Games is definitely exciting and thrilling, so does Hondvo April Olympic Game. There are 3 competitor teams, team Surpass consists of project guy and design guy. Team Rocket is from assembly department. And team Bull is the machining group.

Guess what? Absolutely all team are awarded medals! But the surprising ending is that the hot Champion candidate Rocket was beaten by Surpass. According to the Surpass team leader Kevin, the result is shocking but they really surpassed themselves while beautiful cheering girls screaming for them.

Finally, all members are rewarded by a barbecue feast. Two whole innocent sheep were toasted. Plenty of fresh oyster were sacrificed at that particular night.

We work here, struggle here, and also laugh here. Most of the times, Hondvo is the battleground to shoulder responsibility and pursue higher goal. But sometimes, at a particular moment maybe, we rest a little bit, laugh and enjoy, seems like we are home.
