Up there, winter isn’t decorative. It’s structural.
On the upper deck of a parking garage, cars still need a place to park. Guests still arrive. Locals still leave for work. When snow piles up on a rooftop at altitude, it’s not about aesthetics. It’s about load, access and safety.
