At Autoneum, our cooperation with secondary and tertiary institutions 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, explore the automotive industry, develop research and presentation skills, and apply their knowledge to practical case studies – while Autoneum benefits from 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬, and 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 with academic partners.

With 𝐇𝐄𝐂 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞, for example, Autoneum has participated for several years in the “𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬” project, where students work on company challenges over several months. “This program offers the students a valuable opportunity to use their academic knowledge and apply it to practical, industry-specific case studies and research,” explains Mattia Criscione, Engineer Advanced Sustainability at Autoneum.

At our recent 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 online panel discussion, more than 150 Autoneum colleagues from around the world came together to explore the opportunities and challenges for women when building a career in Sales.
