I was at Autobahn recently. Kart track, young kids out there learning, and like most places there was timing available, but only lap times.
You see it all the time. A really young driver heads back out after a coaching session with clear instructions and good intent. He’s sent out for a 10-lap run, but two laps in nothing’s changing. Same line, same inputs, same result.
From the kart, it feels better. He thinks he’s doing it right, but he has no reference, no feedback, and no intuitive way of knowing what to change. Lap times alone don’t tell him why, and at that age “just go faster” isn’t coaching.
Now flip it. With RaceAnalyse, the instructor can see it immediately through live streaming. Lines, points of interest, braking and turn-in are all coming through in real time, even on a phone, so after the first lap it’s obvious what’s actually happening.
There’s no waiting until the session ends and no guesswork. You call it there and then, bring him in, show him in a way he understands, and reset before the wrong habit settles in.
Instead of 10 laps reinforcing the problem, you fix it after one. That’s the gap, and that’s the difference.
It’s not just data. It’s direction. Charge it, turn it on, drive, then fix what matters immediately.
And yes: the pic is a screenshot of my phone!
