Time Attack Italy OVERALL Champions for the 8th consecutive year 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

The 2025 Time Attack Italy championship has concluded un Misano the past weekend and even this year we won the overall title.

Lowering our lap times further is always the main target, while keeping the same vehicle specs due to the regulations (for example 1'200kg without driver).
This year we have new Time Attack Records for Red Bull Ring and Monza.
The cars have completed their usual approx. 1'200km with wonderful reliability completing every race.

🇬🇧 New Rottler CNC engine cylinder honing machine at our shop!
Rottler is one of the reference machines for engine cylinder honing.
But the machine is not everything, the quality of ex*****on is fundamental. CNC doesn't mean perfection simply by pressing a button.
We offer excellent results because we use the correct method and stones for the application (quantity of stones, grit, process), which differentiates us from most engine machine shops in this area of Europe.
Furthermore, we were trained directly from Rottler technicians, not from local sales partners who never have the full technical background.
Why do we say this?
Unfortunately, many machine shops focus only on quick turnaround times, use a set of identical stones for every type of application, and don't bother checking the surface roughness parameters obtained after machining, a critical aspect for longevity and performance.
We can provide a surface roughness protocol using Mitutoyo instruments along with our machining operations.

Il macchinario però non è tutto, la qualità di esecuzione è fondamentale. CNC non significa perfezione premendo semplicemente un bottone.
Offriamo una lavorazione di eccellenza siccome usiamo il metodo e le pietre corrette per l'applicazione (quantità di pietre, grit, processo), ciò ci differenzia dalla gran parte dei rettificatori di quest'area di Europa.
Inoltre abbiamo la formazione diretta dai tecnici Rottler e non da partner di vendita locali che non hanno mai il completo bagaglio tecnico.
Perché diciamo questo?
Purtroppo tanti rettificatori pensano solo al ritorno economico in tempistiche veloci, utilizzano un set di pietre uguali per qualsiasi tipo di applicazione e non controllano i parametri di rugosità superficiali ottenuti dopo la lavorazione, aspetto critico per longevità e prestazioni.
Possiamo fornire un protocollo di rugosità tramite strumentazione Mitutoyo insieme alle nostre lavorazioni.

We were a few tenths off of our 2023 record (1:31.619) but gained speed in an important sector and gathered useful data. The track was often quite dirty due to oil from other cars. Tyre compound also let go towards the end of the fastest lap.
