If you think you had a bad day. Take a gander at this boy.
A reminder of maybe the most troublesome oil change I ever did.

Previous owner literally told me the car changed its oil on its own so he didn't need to. That should've been red flag number one of many I didn't see. Because I'm always blind AF when buying old cars.

Eventually we managed to get it off by jamming a piece of 2x4 between the floor and the bolt with an undersized wrench in between. Linked to another wrench for extra leverage.

We had some major work done during the summertime 🌞. Since the engine was out, this was the ideal time to redo the entire enginebay! A lot of cleaning, degreasing, sanding and spraying in a very repetetive pattern. But it was all worth it eventually. Would've done a better job if we had a decent garage around here. Soon more results to be posted! VHT high temp paint cans used throughout.
