Tri-Star Industries: Looking Ahead Together

Tri-Star is pleased to announce the completion of an ownership transition to a new ownership group consisting of Phillip d'Entremont, Connor Adams and Colin Murphy.

All three have been longstanding members of Tri-Star's leadership team and bring extensive experience with the company and its operations. The new ownership group shares a deep connection to Tri-Star, our team, our customers, and the communities we call home.

Outgoing owners Blair Cottreau and Darryl Cleveland will remain with Tri-Star, helping ensure a smooth transition and continuity for our customers, employees, and partners. Blair has been part of Tri-Star for 37 years and Darryl for 27 years, and their contributions have been instrumental in shaping the company, its culture, and the relationships we have built along the way.

While ownership is changing, Tri-Star is proud to remain a locally owned Atlantic Canadian company with the same talented team, an unwavering commitment to our customers, and pride in the work we do.

Together, we look forward to continuing to invest in our people, strengthen the relationships we have built with our long-time customers, explore new markets and opportunities, and build on the strong foundation established over the last 53 years.

We are incredibly grateful to Blair and Darryl for everything they have contributed to Tri-Star and are excited to move forward together into this next chapter.
