Just finishing up this build for a good friend of ours. Originally a C-15 Acert 475hp now has IPD 16:1 HP pistons with raised edge liners. APC stage 2 head. Singe turbo conversion with a 78mm BW. With a little tuning it will be sitting around 700Hp 🤟🏼

Late post, but better than nothing.
Recently completed this fun project.
Customer had this 1200HP monster built at a shop in Ks. USA. 1500Hrs later it suffered a head gasket failure. Why..???
Liner protrusion too low, sunk counter bore, compression ratio too high, stock head, stock head bolts.
Rebuilt with a Stage 5 APC O-ring head, Cat 16:1 industrial pistons, Cut and shimmed counter bores, Cryogenically treated head bolts, larger piston coolers. She’s now built to be putting out 1200HP. 3000+ ft.lbs of torque @ 65 lbs of boost all day long. Yes, it was fun to drive
