I was stopped at a red light on a lesson with 2 of my drivers ed students the other day. I Looked into my rearview mirror and then told my students to turn around and take a look. The lady coming up behind us in her car had a cigarette in one hand and her cell phone held to her ear in the other hand. Scary. I'm beggining to lose count of all close calls I have had with people talking or texting while driving. I'm glad they are now going to give you demerits along with a fine if you get caught. Please pull over to a safe spot if you need to answer your cell phone while driving or at least get a bluetooth.
